This January the Digital Training Academy ran a management training workshop for national IAB directors to examine ways of making their IAB more successful. Building successful online trade associations can be a real challenge, but with many IABs in the family it's often the case that the answers you need are already working elsewhere. In this session we examine membership benefits, setting goals for IABs and measuring your IAB's performance through establishing key performance indicators.
